This is a belated thank you for all your help regarding the house. You were unfailingly helpful and absolutely indispensable. AND you assembled a first-rate team. Kenan loved David (M.) almost as much as I did/do. (And David B. was a huge help to me as the "nuts and bolts" guy.) I wish I could have been there for the closing, but we'll make up for that.
We are excited about the house. Thank you for shepharding us through the process.
By the way, my boss told me that she ran into the listing agent, who called you "the consummate professional," said you handled everything "seamlessly," and said I was "lucky to have you in my corner". Of course, none of this is a surprise to me.
