It has been an honor and a privelege to have spent the past ten years with Randall Hagner, the oldest real estate firm in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Afew years ago, the firm was sold and then merged with a large commercial company, shifting the emphasis to development and commercial real estate.

Evers and Company, an outstanding residential firm with a stellar reputation since its beginnings in 1985, provides state of the art technical support, a full-time art director, a professional photographer, and a marketing public relations firm on retainer to maximize advertising and marketing of its fine properites. Bonnie

Bonnie Roberts-Burke, CRS is the leader of a top sales group at Evers & Company.  She is known for her unending energy and dynamic determinism. Her more than 15 years of diverse real estate experience includes team management, project sales, development, as well as residential sales expertise in both cosmopolitan and metropolitan communities.  Bonnie has specialized in a wide variety of properties from downtown condos and coops to high- end urban and suburban homes.

Real Estate is a passion for Bonnie. She loves looking at properties, and visualizing what COULD be.   She claims that this is the perfect profession for her, as she suffers from terminal curiosity!  Bonnie loves making people smile.

Her marketing skills are enhanced by her ability to stage properties, something she learned working in community theater, building stage sets. Her team slogan is “Exceeding Expectations” and she has been complimented on how true this is, time and time again.

Bonnie utilizes her background in education and counseling. As a former adjunct college professor, Bonnie has honed the ability to communicate information necessary for her clients to make the best INFORMED DECISIONS.  A background in Counseling has taught her how to listen carefully to her clients, to pay close attention to each person’s individual needs. Her interpersonal abilities have aided her in developing rapport with her clients as well as  with other realtors, which serves her clients well

As a young woman Bonnie directed a crisis intervention center for teenagers. This, more than anything else, honed her negotiation skills; Bonnie is a strong negotiator. A Sales Manager once said to Bonnie, “I hope I never have to sit on the other side of the table from you.”  What a compliment!  Bonnie is a strong advocate for her clients, an invaluable skill.

Bonnie is the consummate professional who pursues integrity and expertise in every aspect of her life. She has the knowledge, skills and work ethic to work tirelessly to find out what clients truly desire and to make it happen. Bonnie prides herself on her unending energy and dynamic determinism.

Erin K McCleary has been a Washington resident for more than eighteen years. With a background in education, publishing and founding and running a successful small business, she has developed a well-rounded skill set to serve all of your real estate needs.

Recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as on the areas brightest entrepreneurs she provides clients with excellent and energetic service.  Erin has a keen sense of design, a love of architecture and has recently completed developing and building on of the first LEED (Leadership in Energy andEnvironmental Design) certified homes in the District of Columbia.

Melanie Friedson is a 5th generation Washingtonian, has lived all over the world feeding a passion for helping others. Before beginning her career in real estate in DC and after graduating from Boston University, she taught English in Buenos Aires, Argentina, worked for non-profits stateside and served in the Peace Corps in North Africa.

Ultimately, however, she decided there's no place like home especially if that home is in the District. Melanie and her family have been involved in real estate in the DC area for many generations and she is proud to continue the legacy though her own passion. It has been
firmly engraved in her mind that "real estate is the best investment one can make to better his/her life."

Currently she can be found in her own North West condominium, taking in the amazing energies of DC from Meridian park to Adams Morgan to Dupont Circle to Penn Quarter. Melanie is warm, approachable, personable, and honest. A true believer in the importance of home-ownership, she is her clients best advocate helping to analyze their goals to maximize their investments and realize their dreams.
