As a young woman Bonnie directed a crisis intervention center for teenagers. This, more than anything else, honed her negotiation skills; Bonnie is a strong negotiator. Erin K McCleary has been a Washington resident for more than eighteen years. With a background in education, publishing and founding and running a successful small business, she has developed a well-rounded skill set to serve all of your real estate needs.

Melanie Friedson is a 5th generation Washingtonian, has lived all over the world feeding a passion for helping others. Before beginning her career in real estate in DC and after graduating from Boston University, she taught English in Buenos Aires, Argentina, worked for non-profits stateside and served in the Peace Corps in North Africa.
Ultimately, however, she decided there's no place like home especially if that home is in the District. Melanie and her family have been involved in real estate in the DC area for many generations and she is proud to continue the legacy though her own passion. It has been
